FAQ's

  • Tours operate daily between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Scheduled tour times are at 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM. If tours are not operational due, it will be published on the website.

  • Tours may be rescheduled or canceled in the event of inclement weather, for your safety and comfort. We will notify you as promptly as possible and provide alternatives.

  • Each tour lasts approximately 60 minutes.

  • Our tours are suitable for all ages. Children aged 2 and under can join for free, however they must be seated on an adult’s lap.

  • Please arrive and check in at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. Late arrivals and no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled, and boarding after the tour has started is not permitted. This ensures that we depart on schedule and provide an enjoyable experience for all guests.

  • No, there is not. We strongly encourage you to use the restroom at the marina prior to boarding the vessel.

  • We suggest bringing sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses. You’re welcome to bring a water bottle but please keep water bottles below deck to avoid damaging the vessel or losing them overboard.

  • We recommend booking your tour at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. We do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible however it is not guaranteed.

  • Boarding takes place at Big Game Resort & Marina in Alice Town, at the dock located at the rear of the property. Check-in is at the 1-storey blue building across the street from Big Game (the Bimini Semi Submarine Adventures office).

  • Prior to the tour, you must:
    Complete the following agreement: Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Claims & Indemnification Agreement
    Read the Tour Guide and adhere to the instructions, which are for your comfort and safety.

  • Gratuity is not included but is greatly appreciated for our amazing crew members who strive to make your experience memorable and enjoyable.

  • We accommodate cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled tour. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. No-shows and cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to your tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

  • It will be processed promptly and credited to your original method of payment within approximately 14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

    If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

    • Double-check your bank account or credit card.

    • Contact your bank or credit card company about processing times.

    • If you still haven’t received your refund after these steps, contact us. We will be more than happy to assist.
